Upon purchasing products from the website, the Company hereby grants you a limited license, which is non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable. No Company content may be copied, reproduced, republished, posted or distributed without the prior written consent of the Company. All content on the website is copyrighted and the property of the Company.

Site Content Liability

Whilst the Company uses all reasonable efforts to ensure the accurate portrayal of information, the Company makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. The Company has no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions contained within the content of the Site. The Company nor any of its officers shall be held liable under any circumstances for any direct or indirect damages arising due to the content of this Site or course material. Returns Policy

We feel sure that you will be happy with the products you have purchased. If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied, please notify us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the payment in full. Please send an email to kirsty@footprint-coaching.com should you wish to have your purchase refunded.

Your acceptance of this Agreement

By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree with this Agreement, please do not use our Site or purchase any of our courses. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
